There is this great saying in Swedish. Den som väntar på något gott väntar aldrig för länge, in Englsh that would be something like; Good things comes to those who wait.
We are now waiting for the framing, joinery and exterior cladding. All confirmed, signed and payed for.
Today Frame-Cad told us that the frame arrives assembled which is such a relief. which means the building process will be so much quicker. Lately we have been planning our bathroom and how to manage the walk-in shower area and what to clad the walls and floor with.

We are using a shower tray from New Line "Pro finish" that sits in line with the floor and slopes down to the drain. | from 21mm to 5mm, unsing 21mm ply for subfloor.
We thought we could cover this with vinyl. But that is not possible. So, the dream comes true, we can use tiles. I am crazy about middle earth tiles!
